Introduction

Primary purpose of the role: the role of the Receptionist is to manage the image of the company on the phone and in the reception area as well as provide administrative support to the admin department.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
 - Answering phone calls and giving quotations.
 - Greeting Visitors on arrival, announcing them and directing them to the agreed waiting point.
 - Receiving & recording of parcels, mail and documentation.
 - Adhere to the standards, procedures and best practices.
 - Always maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Presentable – as she will be the face/image of the company
Well spoken 
Highly organised, logical & able to multitask efficiently
